At Craft Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resalable condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
